    management in the organization
   Awareness workshop for continues marketing
   PMO Compliance should be part of employees yearly
    appraisal
   All projects should be aligned with the organization strategy
   Maintain a portfolio management for all the projects
   Prepare all the templates, processes and procedures and
    combine them in a repository
   Employees should understand the importance of PMO
   PMO should be evolving function
   Demand only what you provide
   Not too authoritative
   
