With the complexity of world people are being busy with many
duties hence many of busy persons suffering from Stress. Meditation
is powerful tool, which can be provided relief from stress to many
people, belonging to diverse social segments.
The act of giving attention to
only one thing, either as a
religious activity or as a way
of becoming calm and
relaxed.
Meditation
Stress is the physical, mental and
emotional human response to a
particular stimulus, otherwise called
as ‘stressor’. It is the
adaption/coping-response that helps
the body to prepare for challenging
situations. Stress can be either
negative or positive, depending on
the stressor.

mindfulness in the object of
meditation, namely

Relax – Having
chosen correct
posture, spend
some time on
conscious
relaxation while
breathing
through nose.
Observe any
tension in body
and let go of it.
Count breaths to guide
first efforts - This optional
step is especially helpful for
beginners, as it helps
prevent mind from
wandering. Maintain focus
on the point of breathing
have chosen, such as the
tip of your nose. Count the
breaths as follows: 1
(inhale), 1 (exhale), then 2
(inhale), 2 (exhale), and so
on up to 10. Then restart the
count.

Frustration or stress is the major illness in present context. As a
example 3 of 4 people are suffering from stress in USA because of
many reasons. Breathing meditation can be applied as powerful
weapon to relief from stress.

  • 5. With the complexity of world people are being busy with many duties hence many of busy persons suffering from Stress. Meditation is powerful tool, which can be provided relief from stress to many people, belonging to diverse social segments.
  • 6. The act of giving attention to only one thing, either as a religious activity or as a way of becoming calm and relaxed. Meditation Stress is the physical, mental and emotional human response to a particular stimulus, otherwise called as ‘stressor’.
