Global Professionals is AIESEC Vietnam’s EP Brand for the Global Talent Program.
Global Professionals aims at making Vietnam a global hub for GIP EPs as well as
creating a demand for Vietnamese in the network .
As a country with a talented work force we are able to source EPs from Marketing
and Economics backgrounds to cater to all kinds of Management TN demands
along with providing the AIESEC network with well communicative business
graduates.
In order to deliver those experiences we have scrutinized our internal processes
for better delivery & quality of the program. By doing so we ensure that only the
best skilled and qualified EPs are available to the network.
AIESEC Vietnam delivered more than 30 experiences from January 2013 to
October 2013. AIESEC Vietnam’s Global Talent Program(oGIP) plans to deliver
100+ High Quality Experiences to the Vietnamese Students, till next year.

5. Culture of Vietnamese Students
The main educational goal in Vietnam is improving people’s general
knowledge, training quality human resources and nurturing and fostering
talent. With one of the highest GDP growth rates in Asia, Vietnam is
currently trying to overhaul its education system, with a view to prepare
students for the increasing role of English as the language of business, and
the importance of internationalizing the education system to maintain the
rapid economic growth of the last two decades.
According to official government statistics, by 2009 there were 150
universities and 226 colleges, with particularly fast growth occurring in the
last three years, especially in the private sector. The move from a largely
elitist higher education system is underway, and with the help of overseas
trained talent and partners Vietnam is beginning to embrace best
practices from around the world.

8. Expectation from the Corporate
• AIESEC Vietnam, would expect its Exchange Participants to have a
Qualitative Internship at the partner company.
• We expect the company to ensure enough resources (Salary,
accommodation, food)to have a descent standard of living.
• We expect that our EPs will have professional development under the
supervision of the company/AIESEC.
• We expect that a regular tracking and evaluation be done, of the
Exchange Participant under the supervision, so as to provide an
enhanced experience to the Exchange Participant.
• We expect the host entity to conduct LEAD activities for overall
development of the EP.
• Support in co-delivering a good Customer Experience
• Reception Package and Basic instructions to be provided before
