2. PARKING REQUEST
 Consider a request of Richard McCaleb,
applicant, representing Cambridge Shopping
Center, LTD, owner, to modify an agreement to
reserve for private use, 39 parking spaces
located in public rights-of-way along Circle Street
and Fenimore Ave.

3. SUMMARY
 The applicant is seeking to amend a
previously approved agreement to
reserve, for private use, multiple parking
spaces located in public rights-of-way
along Circle Street and Fenimore Ave.

BACKGROUND
 On June 5, 2018, Council approved an
agreement to allow Cambridge Shopping
Center, LTD to reserve for the private use of
the center, parking spaces located in public
rights-of-ways, adjacent to Circle St. and
Fenimore.

POLICY ANALYSIS
 39 recently constructed spaces along Circle
Street and Fenimore Ave. be reserved for the
private use of the facilities located at 5800
Broadway (Cambridge Shopping Center).

POLICY ANALYSIS
 3 of those spaces (be reserved for “take out”
spaces) and the remainder to be utilized for
employee parking.
 Cambridge is requesting a modification
from 3 spaces to 5 spaces be reserved
for “Take Out”.

 Cambridge may mark the spaces “reserved”.
 Cambridge shall be responsible for enforcing
all parking regulations of the spaces.
