4. City property frontage on
Hwy 6 and is surrounded by
Greenways.
The currently
funded Lick Creek Trail runs
From Hwy 6 at Barron Rd. to
W.D. Fitch.
Plans are to connect with
Southeast Community Park
and link with a proposed trail
along Spring Creek.

5. Southeast Community Park to include:
10 Lighted Multi-use Softball/Baseball Fields
Pavilion, Playground, Batting Cages
Parking, Restrooms, Concession Stand
Access to existing Parks Shop
*Design around existing gas well

6. Tracts 1 & 2: (Under
TCEQ Permit)
City can lease for
recreational use, in 20
year automatically
renewable terms, but
would be responsible
for maintenance of
entire Landfill property
(194.85 acres), TCEQ
obligations remain
with BVSWMA.
Tract 3: (Not under
TCEQ Permit)
College Station shall
have first right of
refusal with respect to
any third party offer
for sale of land (76
acres).

7. Rock Prairie Landfill
Currently managed by
BVSWMA.
Frontage on Rock Prairie,
Adjacent to the CSISD
Transportation Center on
South side and the Park
Shop and Southeast Park
on the north side.
Only area feasible for
Park development is
along Rock Prairie Rd.
Site plan includes:
Picnic Area, Restrooms,
RV Hook-ups, Pond,
Walking Trail
