• Assets of the City exceeded its liabilities (Net Position) by $18.5
million at September 30, 2019.
• Governmental Activities - $9.25 million
• Business-type Activities - $9.26 million
• Net Position increased by $1.6 million from 2018.

Governmental Funds:
• The General Fund’s fund balance at the end of the 2019 fiscal
year was $5.5 million, an increase of $887 thousand from 2018.
• Unassigned fund balance was $5.4 million
• Approximately 7 months operating reserve
• The combined fund balance for all funds was $9.1 million, an
increase by $250 thousand from 2018.
• The City’s fund balances at September 30, 2019 were as follows
