In recent years, many women have delayed having a family as they seek to build their careers and become financially stable. As women age, fertility naturally declines, so their chances of conceiving in their 30's or early 40's is less. Acubody has been using acupuncture for fertility with some success.
The Risks of Ignoring Bookkeeping in Your Business
Acubody is now using acupuncture to overcome fertility problems
1. Acubody Is Now Using Acupuncture to Overcome
Fertility Problems
Acubody therapists are now using acupuncture to overcome fertility problems in
London.
In recent years, many women have put off attempting to start a family, preferring
to progress their careers and become more financially stable than women of thirty
or forty years ago. As women age, fertility naturally declines, so it becomes
harder for them to conceive. Many women only start to try for a baby when they
reach their mid-thirties, and in some cases early forties when the natural chances
of conception have lessened considerably.
It is also the case that male fertility has declined worldwide in the last few years,
with male sperm counts being lower than they used to be. According to the World
Health Organisation, a healthy sperm count is 15 million per millilitre, with
anything less than 10 million being abnormal and commonly associated with male
infertility. A study carried out in 2017 found that between 1973 and 2011 the
average sperm count in North America, Europe, Australia, and New Zealand had
dropped by 59.3 percent, which is actually a huge amount.
Exercise and good sleep are known to improve male fertility, and so is weight
loss in the obese. Smokers who stopped smoking have also been shown to have
an increased sperm count. Over-indulging in alcohol and/or drugs is also thought
2. to be a factor in low sperm counts, although insufficient studies have been carried
out to confirm this.
Another contributory factor to a low sperm count is stress, and it is a fact that in
today's society we probably suffer more stress overall than any previous
generation has ever done. Expectations at work are ever-increasing, and just
getting to work can be stressful with crowded roads and the poor level of train
services in this country. Some studies have indicated that the atmosphere and
environment are becoming increasingly polluted, and that this has also had an
effect on overall fertility of both men and women.
Several non-pharmacologic remedies have been used by ancient, herbal, and
traditional medicines to increase sperm count and overall sperm health for
thousands of years, one of these being acupuncture. Acubody has been using
acupuncture for fertility in London for some time now and has had some
remarkable successes with it. Among other things, acupuncture helps to reduce
stress so is obviously helpful with that aspect of potential infertility.
The process of acupuncture involves placing very fine needles into the body at
very specific points depending on the problem that needs to be cured. The Chinese
believed that energy, or qi, in the body runs through 12 meridians, or lines, which
cover all of the body. There are two opposing forces in the body called yin and
yang and when these become out of balance, ill health is the result. The purpose
of acupuncture is to restore the balance between the two forces so that good health
can be renewed.
