2012 August 3rd: Cabinet meeting decided to launch a Mars Orbiter
Mission.
2013 August 5th: ISRO’s experiment with 5 payloads.
2013 October 2nd: Spacecraft went to Sriharikkotta. The Spacecraft made
with 15 months, in record speed.
2013 October 5th: NASA messaged they can’t help us for
communication. We decided to go ahead with mission.
2013 October 10th: Spacecraft connected with Launch vehicle.
2013 October 14th: Fuel filling finished successfully. Launching date were
fixed to October 22nd.
2013 October 22nd: But the Atmosphere was bad. Launching date
changed to 2013 November 5th.
2014 November 5th: Mangalyan was launched from Sriharikkotta. 20-25
days spacecraft moved on Earth’s orbit.
