Project Scope
The above mentioned Project is a market of Al-Othaim at Jazan-Bisha, KSA.
It is Building Structures include Steel structure. It is a commercial building project that
includes Building structure, tanks, hanger, Asphalt, Cladding and finishing work of
Building.
Responsibilities
 Prepare and plan the jobs, related to constructions.

2.  Supervise all Works independently.
 Compilation of approved quantities for preparation of running bills.
 Co-ordinate with consultant Engineer.
 Ensure that during execution of job all necessary safety measures are
taken.
 Verifying that the quality policy of the company is being fully implemented
and maintained.
 Checking and verifying that construction work is being carried out as per
the latest approved drawings.
 Ensuring that the work is performed in accordance with the specifications.
 Ensuring that the work is being carried out as per the quality Inspection
plan.
 Ensuring that the work should be done according to international
standards.
 Report to the Project manager regarding technical problems or
modifications.

Responsibilities
 Prepare and plan the jobs, related to constructions.
 Prepare the Project Quality Inspection plan PQAP.
 Prepare the Inspection Test Plan ITP’s.
 Supervise Works in accordance of International Standards.
 Prepare the Audit reports and follow-up.
 Meeting with Quality assurance department QAD C-3/C-4 Pakistan
atomic energy Commission.
 Check all the materials that are used at site according to ITP’s.
 Conducting training of Site manpower regarding Company Policy
and follow the parameters to maintain the quality of work according
to standards.
 Prepare all Mix designs.
 Make sure the Testing and calibration of all equipment.

Construction of Fire Pump Station for C-3/4 is Category-II Building Structure.
Equipment Foundation for Pneumatic Tanks, Water Storage Tanks of Capacity
3,00000 gallon.
Crane Beams, End brackets and Sleeves are major parts of these building.
Construction of Outfall Channel & Allied Structure for C-3/4 is Category-III Structures.
Its include 6.646 Km of Lined Channel.
Two 30m vehicle bridges at RD 1+700 & 5+560
One Pedestrian Bridge & Aqua duct at RD 3+200
Two 30m Pre-stressed Bridges across the running canal C-1/2 40 ton Capacity.
Two Railway bridges at outfall Channel.
One Hydal Base structure of 5.6 MW capacity.
(Dewatering, Sheet Piling, heavy rafts and Tail race are the major parts of this structure)
Responsibilities

4.  Preparation of PQAP for Projects.
 Organize, implement, conduct and manage the QA/QC Programs as per the Company's
Quality Policy.
 Coordinate the document controls of technical submittals, drawings with the Project
Team and to ensure that the QA/QC validation has been done, to ensure their issue,
amendments and recall of controlled documents.
 Coordinate all inspections; monitor the required tests and record inspections and tests
made pas the Contract Plan and Contract Specifications.
 Ensure that Non-Conformance Report (NCR’s) areraise once the activities deviated
from the Contract Specifications or normal construction industry practices.
 Supervision of all labs testing according to standards.
 Coordination with client representative.
 Discuss issues in weekly & monthly meetings.
 Review the customer’s specifications and undertake relevant training to the site QC
inspectors.
 Coordinate all of the on and off site quality inspections and quality audits with the site
Contractors, Sub-contractors and Suppliers.
 Prepare ITP’s to be used for conduct of inspection and testing.
 Assigned task and inspection works to site QC inspectors on daily basis and review
outcome of inspection and documents.
 Conduct inspection for trial mixes of concrete in batching plant prior to submittal and
acceptance by the Consultant.
 Coordinate all material receipt inspections and review all material certification and
testing.
 Ensure all quality control documentation is complied with for the works from
construction through hand over.
 Ensure that safety is adhered at all times.
