January/9/1923 at city of Madrid of Cuatro

and 1939s, the Pitcairn and Kellett companies
made develop with innovations. The Late model
of auto-gyro design after Etienne Donrmoy’s
Buhl A-1 Auto-gyro and Igor Bensen’s design
feature a rear mounted engine and propeller in
a pusher configuration. This plane was
trademark of the Cierva Autogiro Company by
the term Autogiro.
3. The term of the Cierva Autogiro Company was
the tern Gyrocopter was used by E. Burke
Wilford. He is developed the Reiseler Kreiser
developing rotor equipped gyroplane in the first
half of the twentieth century. The latter tern was
later adopted as a trademark by Bensen
Aircraft. The quad-copter design is fundamental
from gyroplane. Nowadays, the hottest thing in
radio control is that Quad-copters, actually
known as Drones.

33. To demonstration our project the working process in percent, 40
percent is making the components and 60 percent is the writing
document.
We faced failure the air frame materials. The first material of the air
frame is acrylic material. This material is good strength but a lot of
weight and it is not good for connecting layer. When connect or join the
air frame layer with fasteners, it is weak strength. These fasteners are
release from the high fitting for a while. The second material of air
frame is aluminum. It is good strength and light weight. However, the
quad-copter components are assembled to the aluminum air frame.
The aluminum is suitable for quad-copter but it is weak flying time. For
reconnaissance quad-copter, it is need more flying time. So we reject
the aluminum air frame. The third of the material air frame is PCB main
frame and motor arm for aluminum. PCB is printed circuit board. These
materials are the most suitable for quad-copter. It can get more flying
time and good strength.
34. The name of our project is MDX-inertia. Our auto pilot
reconnaissance quad-copter can fly autonomous flying
and give support to pilot when manual flying mode. It has
rich features and many flight modes. We designed well to
avoid from frame vibration to reduce the vibration,
overweight, frequency lost, electric shock and lost balance
due to weight ratio. We also put safety switch into our
quad-copter from hunting people and causing accident
before start flying as safety system. The project of the auto
pilot reconnaissance quad-copter is combined by
electrical, mechanical, KBST and IT engineering.
Therefore, we need to design well for project in landing
gear.
