Duties:
Maintaining petty cash and Cash Book.
Preparation of monthly and annual financial statements
Compiling tax reports and statutory returns (NHIF, NSSF, and
PAYE) and ensuring they are submitted on time.
Management of debtors and creditors
Preparation of departmental budgets and monitoring expenditures.
Book keeping and taking inventories.
Preparing and maintenance of payroll on a monthly basis.
