Exploring Expressions:
o This study attempts to understand the experience of therapists using creative
art(s) in therapy.
o A qualitative approach was adopted. Using a semi structured interview schedule,
two therapists under each modality(art, dance, drama, music, multimodal) they
were interviewed along four themes- introduction to the therapy and rationale
for using it, process of therapy, professional identity, and perspectives on the
field.
o The research sites included Chennai and Coimbatore. The implications of the
study can help in understanding an emerging approach in counselling and
psychotherapy.

A Study on the Welfare and Health Measures at KMN Textiles
o A well-structured close-ended questionnaire was performed from a total of 200
employees, 100 Samples were taken into consideration.
o Probabilistic Random Sampling Technique, Chi-square test and simple
percentage test were used to render the data collected.
o The results show that most of the employees were satisfied with the provision of
health and welfare facilities. Only some of the employees were dissatisfied with a
few facilities like Temperature, Storing & drying facilities.
