12. WEEK WISE REPORT
Week First (9th – 15th November 2016): - Every day we come to
office and study about company broachers and also about
company website and their tour packages.
Week Second (16th – 22nd November 2016): - told us about
company LMS (Lead Management System). It is the software of
company and all detail and packages are mentioning the
software.
Week Third (23rd – 29nd November 2016): - I have sold my first
tour package in Glacial Adventures. My first client was Mr. Amol
Gadwe from Gujarat. It was the honeymoon package of 5 Nights
/ 6Days of Delhi – Shimla – Manali – Delhi.
Week Fourth (30thNovember – 6th December 2016): - We have
also learned about other department like Booking, Service and
Account Department etc. Last week I have sold my second tour
package.

15. WORK EXPERIENCE DURING
THE TRAINING
It was a great experience for me to work in Glacial
Adventures (India) Pvt. Ltd. I came to know about the
corporate India. I learnt how to tackle the different
situations. There are different types of customers
having different kind of demands and attitudes. I
learned to handle different persons having different
attitudes. I came to know that if anyone is working in
a travel industry he/she must have a calm nature. I
learnt how to make myself capable of handling various
situations. This will help me in every situation in
future when I will perform.

training.
