 Basically needs to liquidate the Distributors, in their respective territories, and monitor the Supply chain.
 Establish and implement sales plan for assigned territory in collaboration with Business Planning, Finance
and Management Team.
 Manage data and forecasting within Retail to include Weekly, Monthly and quarterly reporting on market
sell thru (Secondary Sales), competition and segmentation, analyze, interpret and present data to senior
leadership.
 Develop sales strategies as desired within each sector (Sub Dealers (MBO), Direct Dealers (MBO), Regional
Specialty Stores, PTP and Brand Shoppe) to achieve sales target.
 Have strong product knowledge (Self and competitors) in comparison to have a competitive advantage.
 Enhancing Sales efficiency by handling complaints regarding Service, and other sales related issues.
 Scheme preparation and implementation with respect to the competitors.
 Monitoring SSE’s (Store Sales Executive) discipline on floor, and tracking Sales v/s Target report.
 Presently handling 3 districts, Uttar kannada(bhatkal, honnavar,sirsi, kumta,
ankola,karwar,yellapur,dandeli,haliyal); New Dharwad District (dharwad, Hubli); Gadag district(gadag,
gajendragad,mundargi,laxmeshwar) branch office is in Hubli.

Operations & Maintenance
 Ensuring execution of preventive maintenance, including schedules / shutdown maintenance to ensure
trouble free and seamless network operations.
 Preparing various project reports for identifying areas of obstruction / defects, conducting troubleshooting,
service and repair to rectify the networks.
Role:
 Configuring the higher end modems.
 Handling the pointing of antenna, hardware maintenance, uploading all Software and using of telnet.
 Installing of VSAT (Very Small Aperture Terminal) and checking the connectivity from HUB end.
 Managing ATMs with connectivity on high priority.
 Attending to and resolve all calls as per the prescribed Time lines set by HO.
 Undertaking preventive maintenance of all sites assigned, as per priority set by the Territory Manager.
 Filling up parameter log after each visit to the site. Maintain one copy of log at the site and retain second
copy with the field engineer.
 Maintaining the committed uptime for all assigned sites.
 Submitting the following to the territory manager.
o Activity plan: weekly
o Parameter log : Quarterly & incase of fault
o Call log: weekly
o Repair action log: weekly
o Time of arrival log: weekly
o Spare consumption log: weekly
o Preventive maintenance log: fortnightly
o Activity completion log: weekly
