Personal Evaluation
I have rich knowledge of Labour Law and Labour Contract Law. I am familiar with
Labour relationship cases and Labour Bureau issues’ processes.
I was mainly in charge of Talent Assessment & Development and Performance

From 2010 to 2011, I started understanding HR basic knowledge of full function, and I was
mainly in charge of the following responsibilities:
1. Attendance Management: be in charge of all staff’s attendance data’s checking and
inputting in system, and be responsible for annual Group audit preparation.
2. Employees’ on-boarding and separation process, labour contracts renewal, probation
management and labour bureau related issues.
3. Resumes selection, interview informing and recruiting related works.
4. Third-party employees’ management.
From 2012 to 2014, I identified my orientation, and was in charge of more responsibilities,
including:
1. Performance Assessment Management: Follow the whole performance
management process and guarantee all the employees’ performance assessment is
authentic and validated. From 2013 to 2014, according to business development, I
updated and revised the performance assessment tool and specified the indicators. I was
also be responsible for the audit from Group. According to Group requirement, I worked
closely with IT department to complete the project of the performance online system and
the training in China.
2. The construction of Competency Model: From 2013 to 2014, according to Group’s
Competency Model frame, I worked together with HRBP team and sales team, and
constructed the Competency Models for Chinese sales team. Then, we
developed the online Position Matching Rate Test by cooperating with external
advisor based on the competencies, and we applied this tool in recruiting and promotion
processes.
3. Employees’ Promotion Management: From 2012 to 2013, I was in charge of the
execution of sales teams’ annual assessment and promotion process, participated in
interviews, and updated the results and announcements. In 2014, according to
7. Competency Model, I designed new assessment and promotion process, made
automatic calculation assessment forms, built Assessment Council and
trained the council members.
4. Talent Development: According to Group’s requirements, from 2012 to 2014, we
launched IDP(Individual Development Plan and PDM(People Development
Management). At the beginning of the project, I translated the materials and trained
employees and managers, and then I was mainly in charge of the communication between
employees and their superiors about employees’ training plans and development plans. At
the end of year, I had to integrate all data and development results and effects and
presented reports to Group HR.
5. Company Culture and Internal Communication: From 2011 to 2014, I was in
charge of the design, preparation and executive of Company’s annual celebrations,
the design and printing of company’s magazines, the design and editing of
company’s Wechat and the translation & sharing of Group information.
6. Updating and Drafting of HR Policies: be responsible for drafting “Overtime and
Attendance Management Procedure”, “Vacation Management Procedure”, “Separation
Procedure”, “Third-party Employee Management Procedure”, “ Promotion Procedure”,
“Career Path Development Procedure”, and in charge of the validation and revision of all
the policies.
7. Other HR Related issues: Labour contract and probation management, attendance
management and so forth. In these routine works, I am good at finding problems
and highlight risks to HR manager and related workmates.
HR Supervisor (Jul. 2015 – Apr. 2016)
From 2015-2016, based on all the previous works, I was mainly promoting the HR
management process, in case of increasing work efficiency, and my responsibilities have
expanded, below are the new responsibilities.
1. Online Attendance Management System’s Development and Application: in
early 2015, I cooperated with IT department and involved NNIT developer to design the
online attendance management system, and realized online vacation and
overtime application, reduced manual inputting work. In July 2015, we started
operate in HQ and trained employees about how to use this new system.
2. The building of Ipsen Business Company: I was fully in charge of all HR related
work in this company, and completed the employees and labour relationship transference
smoothly.
8. 3. Recruitment: From July 2015, I helped with recruiting some Medical Reps; And from
December 2015 to January 2016, I was named as provisional leader of OTC team
recruiting project, and fulfilled 30 HCs in the range of whole country by
cooperating with Career on site recruiter. And I updated all the turnover rate and HC data
monthly.
