The “Human Resource Management” is a function that
involves in the process of hiring of the workforce, providing
development & training, maintaining workforce regulation,
assessment of their performance, providing compensation,
benefits and motivating. The HR Generalist manages the
administration of the human resources policies, procedures,
and programs. The HR Generalist carries out responsibilities
in the following functional areas: departmental development,
Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS), employee
relations, training and development, benefits, compensation,
organizational development, and employment.
HR Generalist Responsible:-
1. Recruiting and staffing logistics.
2. Organizational and space planning.
3. Performance management and improvement systems.
4. Organization development.
5. Employment and compliance to regulatory concerns and reporting.
6. Employee orientation, development, and training.
7. Policy development and documentation.
8. Employee relations.
9. Company-wide committee facilitation.
10. Company employee communication.
11. Compensation and benefits administration.
12. Employee safety, welfare, wellness and health.
13. Employee services and counseling.
All the tasks that fall under the umbrella of Human Resource
Management are referred to as the HR management scope.
