 Develop and monitor standard operating and communication processes to assure departments across the
Operations team and work groups within the Agency & Program Services department function according to
set standards; creating consistency, reducing redundancy and supporting team members in making informed

 Successfully lead department in achieving ongoing compliance in the areas of food distribution, food safety
and civil rights as established through contracts with the United States Department of Agriculture, Ohio
Department of Job and Family Service, Ohio Association of Foodbanks and Feeding America.
