Position: Second shift Operations Superintendent.
Function: Responsible of the second shift operation, 5 direct production supervisors, 4 support function group
leaders and 750 direct employees.
Main function is to give continuity to the operations, general communication, change management, team
building, analyze manufacturing requirements, managed the resources to improve the production
performance, head count analyses according to capacity and planning forecast, team development by
competency reviews, Kaizen event’s sponsor, give continuity to the SIM’s cycles (Short interval
management), create and validate productivity projects under the lean SPS principles, coach the second
shift team.

and projects, PFEMA’s.
