2.  Responsible for the entire product Quality through out all Manufacturing Process in M/C Shop.
 Good knowledge of coordinate inspection on CMM M/C IN Manual Mode as well as Auto Mode.
 Develop Auto Programme on CMM M/C for components checking in CNC Mode.
 Good knowledge of PPAP audit.
 Participation in PFMEA.
 To ensure the work flow according to Process.
 Deals with all kinds of problem in Assembly Line.
 Conducting & monitoring special characteristic through Statistical Process control studies (SPC).
 Dimensionally & visually inspection during manufacturing.
 Monitoring all quality performance & Conducting Root Cause Analysis for nonconforming products & initiating
corrective and preventive action by problem solving tool.
