Review Of Literature On Restaurant Service
Literature Review In the past decade, China's demand for catering services witnesses a double–digit rise (HKTDC Research, 2013). According to the
restaurant markets in China report, it states that the demand for restaurant services will increase continuously at around 9% by 2023 (Reuters, 2014).
First, the increasing demand results from the fast development of society. Nowadays, people are able to improve the living standard and have more
disposable income. Middle–level citizens pursue the quality of life; therefore they patronize various restaurants and have different experiences. Also,
the increase in middle–level population with the purchasing power leads to the rise in eating out frequency (HKTDC Research, 2013). In addition, in a
highly competitive catering industry, the restaurant makes great effort to provide the...show more content...

special experience. The staff shares the joy with customers when they successfully catch the fish by beating the drum. Later, consumers can customize
the way of cooking based on the menu. Meanwhile, for those who are not interested in indoor fishing or don't have enough time, they can just order the

customers enjoy fishing in the restaurant. Undoubtedly, it is a place for eating, sightseeing and entertaining with

Peer Review Essay Feedback
After meeting with my peers about my essay feedback some suggestions that were given to me was to write my essay in past tense and to move my
central idea towards the end of the first paragraph. When I first walked into the conference and my peers read my essay I felt like my essay was
horrible and all over the place. After receiving feedback from my peers, my essay wasn't as bad I thought it was. The feedback my peers gave me was
actually pretty less and easy for me to fix and work on. The feedback that my peers gave was citing my sources inside my essay and just finishing up
my conflict paragraph. My peers liked my paper overall and said that is was organized and well explained. I think some of the things I will do to wrap
up my essay is

sense of the purpose or thesis throughout the paper? a.The central idea of the document is new methods put into place for doctor shopping involving
opioid addiction. I know this because it states it in the thesis. Yes, the purpose/thesis is the new methods that are being put into place to prevent
doctor shopping and addiction of opioids. 2.Is the document well supported? Do you notice a synthesis of source material? Is it clear that where the

The thing that would make this essay more informative is explaining the in–text citations a little more. Sometimes you jump right into a source without
introducing it first, that can get a little confusing as a reader. There were also a couple times that you ended the in–text citation, without explaining it.
So, introducing and ending in text citations would make the essay more informative. There were times that I was confused because it went from
talking about one source at the end of a paragraph to another source at the beginning of the next paragraph. 2.What would make this essay seem
more academically credible? a.Something that would make this essay more academically credible would be using more than four sources. You
have six sources listed on the works cited page, but in the essay, I only noticed that four of them were used. I would recommend if you do not use a
source in the paper, taking it off the works cited page. I did not see the first source "Arlotta" referenced in the paper. It seems like you really only used
the Center for Disease and Control, "Geebhart" and "Sansone." 3.What is the best feature of this document? a.The best feature about the essay is the

Essay on Test Bias
In the helping professions such as psychology, counseling, social work and education, it is imperative that we as professionals understand tests and
be able to administer them properly to our clients or students. Tests should be carefully selected, as each has a purpose and as we are aware, there are
biases within various tests. A biased test is one in which there are methodical distinctions in the meaning of test scores correlated to different groups.
Most tests are well–formulated; however none are absolute. Tests are often administered to make substantial conclusions that will affect the lives of the
test–taker. The test–taker is unaware of these biases that are in favor of or in opposition of specific groups of people and the results...show more

When discussing biases in testing, intelligence tests are highly discussed especially when addressing cultural bias. Culture, which is defined as the
belief systems and value orientation, including customs, norms, practices, and social institutions (Fiske, Kitayama, Markus, & Nisbett, 1998) has a
significant influence on all aspects of the individual, and problems can occur with instruments that do not consider cultural differences (Whiston,
2009). Many researchers have studied cultural bias of intelligence tests as they relate to African–Americans. As known, many instruments including
intelligence tests were designed to be administered to white or European Americans. Although cultural bias in testing does not focus only on
African–Americans, it is one focus group. Intelligence tests, which are also identified as cognitive ability and ability tests, are psychological tests that
were created to calculate cognitive abilities, such as reasoning, comprehension and judgment. However, they are often affiliated with inherited
attributes. In comparing intelligence tests with achievement tests, achievement tests are often correlated to educational opportunities and academic
experiences, which can affect test performance. Due to various concerns intelligence tests are commonly criticized for many reasons, test bias being
one (Jensen, 1980). R.J. Gregory (2004) stated

Peer Review Essay Examples
Without having someone else to look over your work, it is hard to realize what you are doing wrong. When someone else reads your paper,
especially having not read it before, they can easily identify your mistakes, whether it be punctuation or spelling errors. I strongly believe that when
peer review is taken advantage of and used correctly, peer reviews are extremely helpful, but, unfortunately not everyone takes it serious and gives you
the feedback that can really help you fix your essay. I had been rereading my Writing Project 1 essay over Philando Castile for other a week to make
sure it was to perfection. It wasn't until my paper went through peer review that I realized my mistakes. For example, one of my first sentences in my
essay made absolutely no sense because it was missing one word, but when I had been reading it myself, I had never even noticed that it was missing
the word. The sentence had said, "Castile, with his girlfriend, Diamond Reynolds, and her four–year–old daughter in the car, was over for a broken
brake light" (Straley 1). I had been reading the sentence as if the word,...show more content...
Once again, I had made mistakes I hadn't even noticed before. When my paper went through peer review, and I received feedback, I was told
something I had thought I had already done. I was told, "Commas need added in a few spots like after 'In fact, and Still," (Anonymous). Surely
when I went back to the essay there were not commas in some important spots, for example, "In fact about a third of students who take out student
loans never even graduate and receive their diploma" (Straley 3). Having a peer read your essay, can really help you find your grammatical errors.
When we read our own paper, we often read it as if the punctuation is there, even if it is not. When someone else reads it though, they can easily
identify these mistakes, especially when it is their first time reading your

CHAPTER II REVIEW OF RELATED LITERATURE Various literature, thesis, and theories were carefully read and studied by the researchers to
synthesized and relate different scholarly articles, journals, and other reference material to the present study entitled Customers Satisfaction to the
Service of Dasmarinas Water District. These related literature and studies gave concrete foundation to the research. Related Literature Customer
and Service According to Okoli (2007), customer is anyone who approached the provider to satisfy his/her needs while service is the trade
between provider and customer that has the responsibility to create or destroy the organization. In line with service is quality, which depend on the
result of the customers' comparison between expectations about service and perceived performance (Islam, 2011). Service is different from
product, and it is classified into three service dimensions, such as: intangibility, simultaneous delivery and customer participation (Ojo, 2011). For
Proompow (2013), he defined service quality based on its important factors, where he stated that: "The important factors of the service quality form
the word SERVICE. That is 'S' stands for satisfaction, 'E' stands for expectation, 'R' is readiness, 'V' is value, 'I' is Interest, 'C' is courtesy and 'E' is
efficiency." Customer Service From the words customer and service, customer service means going beyond what is expected in doing ordinary way

Strengths and Weaknesses
The problem being researched is clinically significant. The purpose is clearly explained and identifies the reason for the study. The study did not
identify who was blinded to the patients, data collectors, or staff increasing the potential for bias. The hypothesis can only be partially supported due to
various issues regarding sample size, control manipulation, and the patient's reactions to a negative diagnosis. The training of the data collectors was
not clearly expressed. The data was collected ethically and consistently throughout the study.
Internal and External Validity
The instruments used measured indirectly and were not always reliable due to various issues with patients. Because the control group was not told to
change any behaviors some of the patients listened to music which tainted their responses. The instrumentation remained the same throughout the
study, but some participants found the questionnaire too disturbing to answer. The researchers did provide an adequate description of the measurement
methods and can find the extent of their errors.

Part One: Customer Satisfaction
2.1.1Introduction to Customer Satisfaction:
Customer Satisfaction is one of the main topics rises recently. Before years there was a revelation of a customer service to concentrate on customer, to
treat with him in a better way, to please and fulfill his demands of the customer. In order to achieve that, researchers analyzed the customer population
then took random samples and after that generalized the results and came with procedures to treat and please the customers. The first thing is spark in
the satisfaction of the customer concept added to the private sector, later applied to the other sectors.
Customer satisfaction represents a set of business processes touching on all aspects of...show more content...
Cheefy defined it as ' the extent to which a customers' expectations of product quality, service quality, and price are met.'
The reality of Customer Satisfaction is in the eyes of the beholder – the customer. And all about how to meet the expectation of those customers and
even exceeding those expectations.
According to Business Dictionary definition it is 'the degree of satisfaction provided by the good or service of a company as measured by the number of
repeat customers.'
Or it is "the number of customers or percentage of total customers, whose reported experience with a firm, its products, or its services (ratings)
exceeds specified satisfaction goals." (Paul W. and others, 2010).
Customer satisfaction can be experienced in a variety of situations and connected to both goods and services. It is a highly personal assessment that is
greatly affected by customer expectations. Satisfaction also is based on the customer's experience of both contacts with the organization and personal
outcomes.
Some researchers define a satisfied customer within the private sector as "one who receives significant added value" to his/her bottom line–a definition
that may apply just as well to public services. (Cengiz,

To avoid taking information from authors that are not credible, writers should always research the author's background, their title, and the work they

Referrals and recommendations are primary sources of law firm growth, and traditional offline recommendations are still commonplace. However, if
lawyers do not pay attention to social media and Google My Business online reviews and testimonials, your firm will remain stagnant while your good
standing dwindles. Now is an opportune time to pay attention to the online customers and respond to them. Their word of mouth is paramount to a
lawyer's future.

Neutral reviews are honest, providing the good and bad of the lawyer and/or firm. Not responding to or ignoring negative and neutral reviews shows
potential clients that you don't care about them or the issue. This will turn clients away from you and toward the competition. Generate good publicity
by responding to negative feedback. This shows potential clients reviews matter to you and your firm. It saves face to the company and your reputation

The approach to responding, however, should be professional, polite, and brief. Unprofessional behavior such as sparring with reviewers makes
lawyers unlikeable. The heated approach keeps the issue in the forefront, bringing mainstream media and additional people into the situation. The
unnecessary attention and exposure may lead to irreversible damage to brand image and legal action. Instead, write the review with empathy and
sympathy. Apologize for any issues caused on your end and vow to resolve the issue privately. Provide contact info. End the brief by saying comments
like yours help me improve and I will try to do better. Taking online reviews offline eliminates escalated online and media mudslinging so the issue can
fade and online reputation remains intact.

Military Customs and Courtesy Essay
Today's Army in an extremely nostalgic organization with a copious amount traditions and has about a million different methods of conducting its
business. Some are old and some are new, but possibly the oldest one that has been around since before the Army was officially established and still

what I believe to be false targeting, I am to explain the Army's customs and courtesies and their importance. Customs and Courtesies are among the
main fundamentals of military life, the other being the Seven Army Values, upon which Soldiers are expected to live and rely upon both on and off duty.

A leader unwilling to sacrifice individual goals for the good of the unit cannot convince other unit members to do so. The mission suffers with
potentially devastating effects. While personal goals often coincide with Army goals, there is no room for personal agendas at the expense of the
institution or the American people. It is a standard in the hierarchy of military customs and courtesies that the leader must display to his subordinates
that he is willing to put in extra effort, sacrifice personal time, and show initiative and motivation in order to achieve the same from his Soldiers.
Tardiness is not tolerated in the military. It reflects inattention to duty. In addition to being extremely impolite, on active duty, it is punishable under
the Uniform Code of Military Justice. Never keep a senior officer waiting because of your forgetfulness or lack of planning. If an unexpected event
delays you, call ahead and give an explanation. The same rule applies to appointments and meetings you have arranged with subordinates. Don't keep
them waiting. If your subordinates think of you as a "latecomer," you have not set a good example for them. In today's society, some people resign
themselves to just getting by. Because we've been entrusted with our nation's security and a good portion of the national treasury –– because our

English 101–60 has taught me many things and has helped me grow and develop my skills as a writer. It has taught me how to think more creatively
and use clear concrete details. In the beginning of the semester, our first writing assignment was a narrative journal entry that focused on writing about
an uninteresting moment from your life and making it interesting. This was a challenging assignment because it was a broad topic that allowed the
writers to take it in any direction. I remember thinking I had no idea what I am going to write about. Once I was able to narrow down the ideas I started
writing what a traumatic experience I had six years ago. This was when I underwent the surgical procedure, to remove my gallbladder. My main focus

truthful towards each other and not sugarcoating the revisions we suggested among our papers. We all accomplished the beginning stages of
writing our research papers and making sure everyone had their thesis there. Over the semester I have been challenged and intrigued over and over
by the content of this course and the professor, who thought I could develop a fairly strong paper if it was not for all my grammatical errors. It has
been a very enlightening and enthralling experience that has taught me a new way to write a paper. In high school there was only one way to write
and that was it. I think that this class is a great way for students to think out of the box, rather than having to be stuck. It allows them to write more
freely about a subject, and I am very thankful for that. I have learned many new skills and improved the skills I already

Review Of Literature On Restaurant Service

  • 1. Review Of Literature On Restaurant Service Literature Review In the past decade, China's demand for catering services witnesses a double–digit rise (HKTDC Research, 2013). According to the restaurant markets in China report, it states that the demand for restaurant services will increase continuously at around 9% by 2023 (Reuters, 2014). First, the increasing demand results from the fast development of society. Nowadays, people are able to improve the living standard and have more disposable income. Middle–level citizens pursue the quality of life; therefore they patronize various restaurants and have different experiences. Also, the increase in middle–level population with the purchasing power leads to the rise in eating out frequency (HKTDC Research, 2013). In addition, in a highly competitive catering industry, the restaurant makes great effort to provide the...show more content... Peer Review Essay Feedback After meeting with my peers about my essay feedback some suggestions that were given to me was to write my essay in past tense and to move my central idea towards the end of the first paragraph. When I first walked into the conference and my peers read my essay I felt like my essay was horrible and all over the place. After receiving feedback from my peers, my essay wasn't as bad I thought it was. The feedback my peers gave me was actually pretty less and easy for me to fix and work on. The feedback that my peers gave was citing my sources inside my essay and just finishing up my conflict paragraph. My peers liked my paper overall and said that is was organized and well explained. There were times that I was confused because it went from talking about one source at the end of a paragraph to another source at the beginning of the next paragraph. 2.What would make this essay seem more academically credible? a.Something that would make this essay more academically credible would be using more than four sources. You have six sources listed on the works cited page, but in the essay, I only noticed that four of them were used. I would recommend if you do not use a source in the paper, taking it off the works cited page. I did not see the first source "Arlotta" referenced in the paper. • 6. Essay on Test Bias In the helping professions such as psychology, counseling, social work and education, it is imperative that we as professionals understand tests and be able to administer them properly to our clients or students. Tests should be carefully selected, as each has a purpose and as we are aware, there are biases within various tests. A biased test is one in which there are methodical distinctions in the meaning of test scores correlated to different groups. Most tests are well–formulated; however none are absolute. Tests are often administered to make substantial conclusions that will affect the lives of the test–taker. The test–taker is unaware of these biases that are in favor of or in opposition of specific groups of people and the results...show more content... When discussing biases in testing, intelligence tests are highly discussed especially when addressing cultural bias. Culture, which is defined as the belief systems and value orientation, including customs, norms, practices, and social institutions (Fiske, Kitayama, Markus, & Nisbett, 1998) has a significant influence on all aspects of the individual, and problems can occur with instruments that do not consider cultural differences (Whiston, 2009). Many researchers have studied cultural bias of intelligence tests as they relate to African–Americans. As known, many instruments including intelligence tests were designed to be administered to white or European Americans. Although cultural bias in testing does not focus only on African–Americans, it is one focus group. Intelligence tests, which are also identified as cognitive ability and ability tests, are psychological tests that were created to calculate cognitive abilities, such as reasoning, comprehension and judgment. However, they are often affiliated with inherited attributes. In comparing intelligence tests with achievement tests, achievement tests are often correlated to educational opportunities and academic experiences, which can affect test performance. Due to various concerns intelligence tests are commonly criticized for many reasons, test bias being one (Jensen, 1980). R.J. Gregory (2004) stated Get more content on HelpWriting.net
  • 7. Peer Review Essay Examples Without having someone else to look over your work, it is hard to realize what you are doing wrong. When someone else reads your paper, especially having not read it before, they can easily identify your mistakes, whether it be punctuation or spelling errors. I strongly believe that when peer review is taken advantage of and used correctly, peer reviews are extremely helpful, but, unfortunately not everyone takes it serious and gives you the feedback that can really help you fix your essay. I had been rereading my Writing Project 1 essay over Philando Castile for other a week to make sure it was to perfection. It wasn't until my paper went through peer review that I realized my mistakes. For example, one of my first sentences in my essay made absolutely no sense because it was missing one word, but when I had been reading it myself, I had never even noticed that it was missing the word. The sentence had said, "Castile, with his girlfriend, Diamond Reynolds, and her four–year–old daughter in the car, was over for a broken brake light" (Straley 1). I had been reading the sentence as if the word,...show more content... Once again, I had made mistakes I hadn't even noticed before. When my paper went through peer review, and I received feedback, I was told something I had thought I had already done. I was told, "Commas need added in a few spots like after 'In fact, and Still," (Anonymous). Surely when I went back to the essay there were not commas in some important spots, for example, "In fact about a third of students who take out student loans never even graduate and receive their diploma" (Straley 3). Having a peer read your essay, can really help you find your grammatical errors. When we read our own paper, we often read it as if the punctuation is there, even if it is not. When someone else reads it though, they can easily identify these mistakes, especially when it is their first time reading your Get more content on HelpWriting.net

Service is different from product, and it is classified into three service dimensions, such as: intangibility, simultaneous delivery and customer participation (Ojo, 2011). That is 'S' stands for satisfaction, 'E' stands for expectation, 'R' is readiness, 'V' is value, 'I' is Interest, 'C' is courtesy and 'E' is efficiency." The training of the data collectors was not clearly expressed. The data was collected ethically and consistently throughout the study. Internal and External Validity The instruments used measured indirectly and were not always reliable due to various issues with patients. Because the control group was not told to change any behaviors some of the patients listened to music which tainted their responses. According to Business Dictionary definition it is 'the degree of satisfaction provided by the good or service of a company as measured by the number of repeat customers.' Or it is "the number of customers or percentage of total customers, whose reported experience with a firm, its products, or its services (ratings) exceeds specified satisfaction goals." • 18. Military Customs and Courtesy Essay Today's Army in an extremely nostalgic organization with a copious amount traditions and has about a million different methods of conducting its business. Some are old and some are new, but possibly the oldest one that has been around since before the Army was officially established and still lives today is the Army's rules, regulations and policies on customs and courtesies. In this form of a remedial block of instruction given to me, due to what I believe to be false targeting, I am to explain the Army's customs and courtesies and their importance. Customs and Courtesies are among the main fundamentals of military life, the other being the Seven Army Values, upon which Soldiers are expected to live and rely upon both on and off duty. ...show more content... A leader unwilling to sacrifice individual goals for the good of the unit cannot convince other unit members to do so. The mission suffers with potentially devastating effects. While personal goals often coincide with Army goals, there is no room for personal agendas at the expense of the institution or the American people. It is a standard in the hierarchy of military customs and courtesies that the leader must display to his subordinates that he is willing to put in extra effort, sacrifice personal time, and show initiative and motivation in order to achieve the same from his Soldiers. Tardiness is not tolerated in the military. It reflects inattention to duty. In addition to being extremely impolite, on active duty, it is punishable under the Uniform Code of Military Justice. Never keep a senior officer waiting because of your forgetfulness or lack of planning. If an unexpected event delays you, call ahead and give an explanation. The same rule applies to appointments and meetings you have arranged with subordinates. Don't keep them waiting. • 19. Review of English Semester Essay English 101–60 has taught me many things and has helped me grow and develop my skills as a writer. It has taught me how to think more creatively and use clear concrete details. In the beginning of the semester, our first writing assignment was a narrative journal entry that focused on writing about an uninteresting moment from your life and making it interesting. This was a challenging assignment because it was a broad topic that allowed the writers to take it in any direction. I remember thinking I had no idea what I am going to write about. Once I was able to narrow down the ideas I started writing what a traumatic experience I had six years ago. This was when I underwent the surgical procedure, to remove my gallbladder. My main focus ...show more content... Once I found that topic, I was able to start writing the research paper, My group faced a couple of challenges along the way. One of the biggest challenges we faced was all of us meeting the length requirement because were all still in the beginning stages of the assignment. The workshop group was a new experience for me because I have never worked with that many person, this kind of overwhelmed me because there was so many opinion on one paper. The groups weakness was, our lack of organization. Fortunately, we were able to make this up with all of us being very truthful towards each other and not sugarcoating the revisions we suggested among our papers. We all accomplished the beginning stages of writing our research papers and making sure everyone had their thesis there. Over the semester I have been challenged and intrigued over and over by the content of this course and the professor, who thought I could develop a fairly strong paper if it was not for all my grammatical errors. It has been a very enlightening and enthralling experience that has taught me a new way to write a paper. In high school there was only one way to write and that was it. I think that this class is a great way for students to think out of the box, rather than having to be stuck. It allows them to write more freely about a subject, and I am very thankful for that. I have learned many new skills and improved the skills I already Get more content on HelpWriting.net
