delivery of the CVN 78 aircraft carrier to the U.S. Navy.
Authorize all reactor plant work and testing that affects plant conditions to ensure appropriate

As the on-site technical expert, collaborates with a multi-disciplinary team of over 25 project
stakeholders, including: NNS engineers, U.S. Navy personnel, Naval Reactors Representatives,

Developed test procedures and analytic programs for all non-destructive testing for nuclear core
components (Ultrasonic, Phased-Array Ultrasonic, Radiography, Digital Radiography, Computed
Radiography, and Photometric Digital Radiography)
Supervised a team of five engineers to independently research various sound-dampening materials
for submarine noise-reduction applications—the results were subsequently presented to the general
