Currently working as Customer Service Associate on a contract for Astrazeneca. I called on
Health Care Professionals and Pharmacies for Crestor, Symbicort, Tudorza and Prescription
Nexium. I would give updated formularies, presented medication demonstrations for inhalers and
provided cost and coverage information for commercial and medicare part D plans. I make calls
for 102 accounts, meeting the metrics and frequency set by management. I am responsible for
routing calls, maintaining supplies such as savings cards and leave behinds and ordering any
additional material needed to perform the position. Worked with the sales counterpart that
services my district. Contract is ending July 2016. Pay rate $45,000 with car allowance and

Worked at Cummins Inc. as an Inventory Control Technician for a $25.5 million Indirect
Materials Store responsible for completing daily cycle counts on 125 parts in our store and 50
parts in our warehouse. Performed daily disbursement audits, stocking audits, critical counts,
date sensitive reports, returns, maintain database on E & O parts, standard cost adjustments,
IDR’s, location changes, RMA, transfers between store and warehouse and various other
administrative assistant type responsibilities. I understand ROP and EOQ from a buyers’

Worked for Falls Stamping & Welding as an AR Specialist as well Inventory Control Clerk. I
processed and posted daily lockbox payments, wire remittance deposits and checks to
appropriate accounts against corresponding invoices. Analyzed customer accounts for skipped
or partial payments or customer errors and resolved short pay issues collecting over $480,000 in
less than 8 months. Researched and resolved any remittance discrepancies, escalating
unresolved issues, and tracking to final resolution. Invoiced daily shipments and ran sales journal
reports. Supervised inventory cycle counting for top 100 fastest moving parts monthly and top
500 moving parts every 3 months. (Resigned to move to NC to care for terminally ill family
member who passed in May 2015 with excellent reference. I continued to work remotely from

I retired from the City of Akron 9-1-1 Police, Fire and EMS Dispatch Call Center after 22 years
of service. I assisted the Director of Communication Center budgeting, travel arrangements,

60 + dispatchers, to include vacation, training and sick time. Recruited, tested and interviewed
prospective candidates for new hires, maintained SOP and SOG, and utilized Microsoft software

presentations as needed. Researched, developed, implemented and maintained a training course
