Position: Regional Manager, Operations
Responsibilities include the following planning, leading, organizing and executing region
operations in order to provide for quality customer services and high customer
satisfaction, financial profitability, and a trained and satisfied workforce. This position

of business.
Develops new business opportunities with new customers and existing customers and
works with sales partners and others as appropriate to pursue and close these
opportunities. Introduces and markets new products and services offered by the
Company. Assists in contract negotiations. Reviews sales preformats and contracts,
evaluates for operational implementation and sign-off on profitable business with the
guidelines established by their manager and the Company

18 years’ experience in a healthcare environment
Knowledgeable of Release of Information standards, policies &
procedures and HIPAA regulations and to complete work in
compliance of these and other standards.
Experience in project management.
Excellent leadership and good decision making skills

Responsibilities include but are not limited to working independently I provide release of
information service for MGH (Matagorda General Hospital). Patient release request include MGH
Billing Department attorneys, subpoena, continued care facilities/fax, and patient walk-
ins, I notarize all attorney and subpoena request. I look up, input, pull, copy, log out, and
file all requests in a timely manner. I display a cheerful professional attitude in the

Under the supervision of the Houston Area Manager for Sourcecorp Healthserve, I
process all release for Physicians. Linked to company maintained software program for
release of information, to log above releases and have a system ready for daily input.
Evaluate and prioritize daily activates on an urgent need basis. Assure all files have been
appropriately filed and filing cart is empty. Review any outstanding incomplete request to
assure incomplete information has been obtained, forwarded complete files to requestor.
Complete or cancel outstanding billable request via phone and or fax. Remove canceled
request and maintain outstanding billable request in computer system. Thoroughly
review, sort, and process as necessary, all daily incoming mail for HIPAA Compliance. I
maintain and forward to corporate daily and monthly reports. I utilize my problem
solving and decision making skills continuously during the day as needed concerning
urgent request, and time constraints. I diffuse conflicting situations as they arise with
calm professionalism.
