Reporting to the Project Manager, I led a team of material, logistic, and vendor coordinators during the
Hook up phase of the Goliat Project in Hammerfest (Norway) the Barents Sea.
My main responsibilities were as follows:
ü To ensure timely procurement and delivery of all material, tools and equipment required by the
Hook up and commissioning team
ü To manage the three main Contractors material and logistic teams
ü To coordinate the Vendor call out to ensure timely service on board
ü To organize the warehouses for temporary storage

GOLIAT EPC PROJECT

Reporting to the Supply Chain Manager, I led a team of mechanical senior engineers, procurement/
expeditor coordinators who acted as Client Supply Chain team during the engineering, procurement and
construction of the Goliat FPSO, a 65.000 tons cylindrical oil storage and production platform facility, the
first one to operate in the Barents Sea (Norway).
My main responsibilities were as follows:
ü To review and approve Vendor prequalification
ü To review technical and commercial bid evaluation
ü To lead Bid clarification, Kick off, technical, progress and expediting meetings with Vendors
ü Following up all procurement phases from engineering, fabrication to final test and delivery.
ü Reviewing technical and commercial aspect associated to design changes.
ü Setting up a monitoring tool to measure Vendors and Main Contractor progress and performance
ü Creating and implementing a Main Contractor/Vendors expediting plan to accelerate
documentation, materials and spare parts delivery.
ü To Identify and raise area of concerns for progress, schedule delay and costs increase and to
report them to my line manager
ü To review, discuss and negotiate commercial claims from the main Contractor.
ü To liaise with Engineering, Commissioning and Construction to promptly resolve technical or

KASHAGAN FIELD DEVELOPMENT PROJECT

Reporting to the Project Manager, I led a team of multidisciplinary senior engineers who acted as Client
Site Engineering Team during the construction of a 120MW Power generation module and six Process
and Utilities Barges (namely, two Oil separation barges, two Dehydration and Glycol regeneration barges,
one Emergency Power Generation barge and one General Utilities barge) for a total delivered weight of
about 30.000 tons.
My main responsibilities were as follows:
ü Supporting the Project Manager by providing principal leadership for all Health, Safety and
Environmental (HSE) requirements.
ü Managing all internal interfaces with the Engineering Contractor, the Engineering team,, the Hook
up Contractors, the Vendors, the Company Technical Authority.
ü Managing all external interfaces with the Logistic Contractor, the III Party Verification Body, the
Marine Warranty Surveyor and the Port Authority.
ü Controlling, monitoring and streamlining engineering documentation, data and information coming
from the Engineering Contractor and Company direct suppliers to the Construction Contractor.
ü Reviewing and approving key technical and contractual documentation delivered by the
Construction Contractors and its direct Suppliers.
ü Expediting and ensuring timely delivery of the contractual documentation produced by the
Construction Contractor and its Suppliers.
ü Reviewing, coordinating and implementing design changes into the construction process
ü Ensuring timely procurement, supply chain management and delivery of goods, material and
