Billing-as-a-Service provides Vuzion channel partners with an out-of-the-box, automated solution for
effectively managing the customers’ billing cycle through unified customer invoicing, easy payment
collection and advanced credit control capabilities.
• Customer invoicing - enables unified billing for all cloud and professional services within a portfolio,
allowing you to customize invoices, amend retail prices, and run price promotions with a few clicks.
• Payment collection - enables credit card and debit card (UK only) payment options for customers;
funds can be collected and deposited into your account.
• Credit control - enables rules that enforce payment collection; if customers fail to pay for services
consumed, their subscriptions will be suspended automatically and restarted upon payment of
overdue invoices.
• Service Fee 1% of billed revenue, capped @ €1,500 per month (For both Vuzion and Reseller
services)
• Bank Transaction & Credit Card Fees vary upon institution, card type and gateway

  25. When we deconstruct Azure Stack you can see a number of different layers. This will, in fact, be the way we walk through the rest of the day, so we thought it would make sense to spend a little time on it now. At the very top of the guest workload resources that are created by Azure Stack and which end-users (devs / IT Pros) use to get their work done. At the next layer down we get into the actual bits of Azure Stack, starting with the end user experiences. It’s important to remember that this is “just Azure” and so the experiences that you’ve come to know and count on there are the same in Azure Stack. This means the same Azure Portal, same support for a variety of open source technologies and same support for development tools including integration with Visual Studio. Below this you’ll see the Unified Application Model which is all about Azure Resource Manager. This piece of technology is central to how Azure and Azure Stack operate as clouds and we’ll talk more about this one. After that we’ll get into our Extensible Service Framework where we’ll talk about how we create services in Azure and how we’re bringing those services to Azure Stack. This also includes a look at future Azure services as well as those created by 3rd parties Finally, we’ll talk about the infrastructure software portion of the solution. This is where we virtualize, abstract and pool all the physical resources.

They can also leverage the rich Azure ecosystem to jumpstart their Azure Stack development efforts. IT can help transform on-premises datacenter resources into Azure-consistent IaaS and PaaS services, thereby maximizing agility and efficiency. End users can quickly provision services using the same self-service experience as Azure. IT gets to use the same automation tools as Azure to control the service delivery experience.
