• Service Delivery team lead for Ahmedad – Gujarat, responsible to manage end to end for End user related issues and
resolution within SLA.
• Supported for FM IT operation of more than 65 branches in Gujarat and around 85 team members across Gujarat.

Core Responsibilities – Senior Support Engineer (Mentor/Team Leader) – ITSD
• Responsible for the IT Facility Management operation across Gujarat & MP region.
• Team of 8 people reporting to me and ensuring employee growth and work satisfaction towards the work and
benefit to the organization.
• To assist the Regional Service Manager in delivery of the assigned Infrastructure mgmt. services.
• Handle user & network escalation calls & prioritizing the calls, analyzing calls on response/resolution violations.
• Interacting with operation on day to day Business ,technology requirements & New Sites
• Review Daily activity reports, network reports, patches, backups & antivirus reports.
• Handling new IT Infrastructure project for new Office and Sites
• Introduce site-specific initiatives to improve service delivery, c-sat.
• Periodic review meetings with clients to ensure service quality levels are as per SLA.
• Handle customer escalation and ensure timely closure. Service desk administration and operations.
• Asset life cycle management of IT assets across region.

Managed key projects like ICICI Prudential LTD from Gujarat, Rajasthan, MP & CG State.
• Looking after facilities management & IT operations at 180 Online/Offline sites with 40 engineer team in the region.
