Description :-
The aim of the projectwas to enhance the brake thermal power efficiency and reduce the
ignition delay,NOx,CO, Sox,PMfromtheemission of the diesel engine by preparation of the
blended fuel of alcohol(ethanol) and diesel oil at particular ratio(50:50). Additionally, I also
studied the dependency of exhausts on the cetane no of a fuel and promotion in useof the
most successfulbiofuel.Working in this projectI got a great opportunity to learn about many
mechanical components. I was the project leader and my key work was to collect as many
3. solution methods as possibleand to representthe mostoptimum solutions to management.
We completed the project well before deadline and my work was appreciated.
