ORGANISATIONAL EXPERIENCE
1. Since July – 2012 to till date with MANAKSIA LIMITED (MANAKSIA GROUP), Gujarat & as
a Regional Head for Gujarat Region (CCL Division).
Role & Responsibilities:
A. Planning a Company Sales Compaigns: Developing of an operating plan for
establishing sales traction in a region suitable for the company's product. This can include
conducting market analysis on the region, coordinating with marketing efforts in the area, and
getting access to resources in the process.
B. Proactively Reviewing the Outcomes of the Company's Sales Efforts: Always look
for ways to improve on the sales process for their company to continue to grow and capture
market share & Constantly evaluating each and every sales campaign to see what new
opportunities are available in the region, seek referrals from happy customers, and foresee
what can be done better for the next time.
C. Network Development: Analyze existing Dealer Network Strategy, Suggest &
Implement changes where required for improved network performance, Develop strategy for
effective network development in semi urban and rural markets.
D. Performance Management: Set and manage performance metrics for dealers, Design
Process to ensure improvement of under performers.
E. Channel Partner Engagement: Liaison with Channel Partners to maximize sales
potential through best practices, Design, Plan and implement training programs for all
Channel Partners, marketing activities, price circular, discount schemes etc. Identify needs of
Channel Partners to improve service levels, Formulate / Implement Quality Complaint policy
for Channel Partners. Regularly assess Channel Partner feedback to propose and implement
areas of improvement.
F. Market Development: Increase penetration in semi urban and rural markets. Coordinate
appointment and training of Business Development personnel, Set up performance metrics
for Business Development personnel.
G. Inform on competitive services, promotional matter, sales technique, pricing and
marketing policies.
H. Define and implement regional sales plans, write presentations, reports and price
quotations and support contract negotiations.
I. Inform on regional competitive activities and overall market place on time.

2. Worked with M/s BHUSHAN POWER & STEEL LTD., as a Senior Manager Marketing and
deputed at Guwahati Branch, Since from August 2011 to till June2012.
3. Worked with M/s KARNATAKA STRIPS LIMITED, Bellary. A unit of Cold Rolling,Hot
Dipped Continuous Galvanizing Line & CRCA since from April,2003 to July 2011.
Also Handled Export Business in South Africa like Durban, West Africa like Freetown, Monrovia etc.,
Indonesia, Sri Lanka, China & Western South America
Roles & Responsibilities in Export
I. Communication with Customer and Agent.
II. Finalization of order.
III. Coordination for Letter of Credit
IV. Material planning and coordination with internal departments like production & PPC.
V. Vessels planning and container arrangements with Shipping lines and CHA agents.
VI. Arrangement of All the original document like Bills of Exchange, COC, Shipping bill etc.
