Online Community Manager - 2011-2014
Team lead for community, social media and customer service strategy
and operations in Cartoon Network Digital, managing engagement and
satisfaction through social channels and customer contact.
Basically, that means I managed the creation of cool new content to
engage kids and parents.
I pitched and launched new channels to grow social engagement and
create new promotional opportunities for on-air, digital and mobile
initiatives.
Results:
• Grew blog traffic from the ground up to 1.5 million monthly views and
500,000 monthly visitors.
• 500,000 unique comments on Cartoon Network’s 20th Birthday survey.
• Tripled user comment activity on cartoonnetwork.com game pages.
