2. The playful and adventurous spirit is characteristic of all
children . Childhood is the time when the world is uncovered, and curiosity,
with the famous question “Why?" Is the engine of overcoming the carefully
defined boundaries of parental care. Which of the children did not receive a
burglary or was not even apostrophic for having crossed the boundary of
the "front of the block" or, even worse, left to investigate with the comrades
to play the city or the surroundings. Until recently, children used
imagination to make their own toys and invent their games. In the following
lines, we present some of the toys and games, some of which are
endangered, of our childhood and the childhood of our parents.
Among the games and toys from the past centuries, the
specialists from Ethnographic Museum have listed us: whistles, arches,
tweezers, all kinds of whistles with shapes of animals or birds and other
weighing vessels made of various materials, in particular of ceramics, shock
rifles, scabbards (corn cobs), rag dolls or wooden spoons, cloth balls,
moose Wind paper or sheet metal, paper masks, dandelion stems.
Made of children, it was also the famous kite of paper that
brought great joy when it rose in the wind. The first kites were made in the
Orient, and represented the soul.

3. When they appeared, some of the games that were
encountered today were of an initiatory nature, which was doubled by a
ritual one. Over time, games have lost those meanings, keeping only
the playful part. Thus, it seems that at first the ball game was played
only by adults. Some specialists believe that this game would have
appeared in the Near East, while others believe the Mayans would have
invented the game.
Also in the children's game, objects of long periods, such
as the arrow with the arrows, the sling, the topuz, the halos (iron circle
caught by the runners in the run of the horse), appear in the game as
well.
A highly appreciated toy, as proof and its persistence over
time, is the toothpaste or prickle. It was made of a flat stone, like a hole
drilled in the middle, through which a stick was inserted, this being the
uncovered version, dating from the Neolithic. Such mudslides have
been discovered from very distant seasons in all continents from
Europe to Australia, and specialists believe that before they arrived
today through lotteries, they used to use riddles as symbolism of the
wheel.

4. TUBERMAN
A toy that preaches the famous "Tuberman" is the
"shock rifle". It was made of a thicker shoe branch, which slid in the
middle so that it would remain a pipe that was the pipe of the rifle.
Another stick was chosen, but longer, called arbium. There were also
two towers, from which two bullets were made. They chewed in their
mouths until they were wet, then put in the pipe and pushed with the
shrub until it came to an end, and the second bullet was pushing the
shaft up to the middle of the pipe: the first one at the mouth of the
pipe was jumping and snapping.bThese were the materials used in
the grandparents' childhood.
Today, famous Tuberman PVC pipes can be used to
make some rifles. Corners (we call them "gornets") can be made by
wrapping rectangular paper strips (usually in school notebooks).
Shoot with cornets by blowing them on the pipe. The weapons used
were attached to the handles, the glass, the paint, and the real works
of art. These could be classified as follows:

5. They play in teams, usually across the city. The shot goes
out of the game. Or, for more dynamic, you can play points. The
one who shoots an opponent does not "kill" him, but he wins a
point. Some reflections of the game:
The kids immediately entered the characters' skin
and enjoyed the fun. The pleasure was even greater because they
did their own "weapons" as they wanted (some made 2 pistols,
others sniper, others machine gun, etc.). Just as we did, even if we
did not have computer games to inspire us.
Due to the lack of activities outdoor , the children did
not manage to form real teams, did not make strategies, there was
no clear leader among them. It was expected to happen this way,
since contact with situations where children have to work in a
team in a group of children is becoming smaller. Computer play is
preferred, alone in a room without interaction.
The lack of manual work and the insistence only on modern
activities such as the use of computer and mobile phone leads to
the diminishing of working ability with the hands. Most of the
children did not manage to make their own cornet.

6. It may seem irrelevant, but lack of driving and coordination
skills, and their lack of development at an early age will have
repercussions for adulthood.
The imagination of today's children far outweighs the
imagination of our childhood. While we summarize the thieves and
police, they see monsters, aliens, robots, spacecraft, and so on. The
difference is that we play the roles of real characters, while they can
easily be put in the skin of characters they have never met. Access to
information, games, movies is a positive thing that can be used in the
development of children if they are taught to put them into practice
and in reality. A game of Tuberman guns presupposes fair-play
because there are no traces to prove or deny that someone was shot
and no referee to watch the game.
Children involved in such a game learn with the time that
it is necessary to be honest, to accept the defeat and to recognize
when you were removed from the game even if you only know that
you were shot.
To keep the game alive in every summer is organized
Tuberman championship for children and adults in Baia–Mare city.
