Our role is to administer the Health & Welfare benefits for the Active and
Retirees of our client. Our responsibility is to do research and analyze the participant’s
health & welfare benefits by using Mainframe and other internal tools and deliver the same

Job Description:
• Prioritizes work as required in order to effectively respond to client needs
• Demonstrates sound understanding of client plan provisions by asking questions
and responding to client needs in a timely manner
• Ensures knowledge of client plan provisions and supporting documentation is current
and updated.
• Follows all predefined procedures, adheres to all the process guidelines and
ensures that performance parameters are met and/or exceeded against SLA
targets
• Participates & contributes in daily huddles and status meetings
• Ensure on-time and accurate delivery of all tasks as per Service Level agreements
• Collaborates with colleagues across site, both onshore and offshore
• Coaches & train new colleagues on client requirements when appropriate
• Creates/updates SOP whenever required and provide SME support to new
colleagues/colleagues in Shared Service
• Identifies process improvements to inculcate a culture of continuous improvement
• Researches participant records having errors/issues and fixes the issue before
loading the files or before sending the files to vendors
• Communicates participant/data related issue with onshore client team proactively
• Identifies system defects and create tasks for the technology team to work on: follow-
up till closure
• Executes manual processing with proper documentation and follow-up
• Reviews all incoming and outgoing data to ensure quality output
