PRESENTATION
T tells a story about a new
friend that did not know
how to get to the mall from
the School.
T uses the story to
present the new
vocabulary and makes Ss
repeat the expression
while telling the story.
T writes on the board the
nine new expressions for
Ss to copy it on their
notebooks
For example, The last week a friend of mine, who
had come to Puerto Montt was in Concepción. She
wanted to get to the Mall, because she has heard
that Talcahuano’s Mall is the best one, and
obviously that is true! She was just in front of our
school when I went out; so that, she asked me how
to get there.
I said:
Go straight (you repeat) then turn to left, and
cross the street (repeat again) . There is the bus
stop, so you can take Galaxia buses. During the
trip you must go past Perales bridge. When you
arrive there
go to the corner (Repeat), cross the street again,
and turn to right (repeat). Go across the white
bridge, and you have arrive to the mall. Walk
around, and have a lot of fun. When you get bored,
go back for the same road.
Ok guys! we checked nine new expressions that
help us to give directions when someone asks to
us. If you want to help him copying these
expressions on your notebooks.

PRODUCTION

Students! you are working so well, so now we finish
our class doing a poster, must be so basic. It must
have 5 senteces only where you need to give
direction to the supermarket (unimarc”, train station
“Los condores”, and three more places near here.
Work in pair with the classmates sitting next to you.
one of you must draw the map, and other must
write the direction. It is a very short work, so you
