capital raised ( currently running at 4% per month)
 To double the attorney base that use our capital for
bridging their clients

8. Direct investment Separate accounts and company
Place an investment with us and we
set up a loan agreement
We set up a company separate to ours
and set up a management agreement
We pay you a fixed return every month
whether your funds are used or not
We then set up a 50/50 profit share
agreement
Suggested rate 12% per annum We also accept the risk 50/50
We assume all risk for any bad debts,
and in the last two years we have had
a knock of 40 K capital
Every month we bill you for our portion
of the profit share (less any losses or
direct costs)
This return will give you a hassle free
12%per year paid out quarterly or as
