relatedto methattheventurewassuccessful,butpointedoutthathehadan
excellentinvestmentopportunity,andinvitedmeto makeanappointmentto meetat
therestaurant.
We meton 1SthJanuary2007,andtfiebridgingsolutionsconceptwasexplainedto
me,whichwasa secureinvestment,he"lidVemehispersonalassuranceand
guaranteethatthemoneywouldeitherbeinhisaccountorthatofthetransfer
attorney,ora financialinstitution,safeguardedandprotectedatalltimes.
Wesignedtheagreementto investwhenhepresentedmewitha documentthatwas
headed"ShareholdersLoanAgreement".As itwasexplainedto memanytimesby
DrDSGrieveandunderstoodbyme,thiswasaninvestment
Notbeinga legalexpertI didnotseeanyreasonto questionthevalidityofthe
document,whichhadbeendrawnupbyhisattomeys.
I transferredR300,000to hisAbsaaccount4066017726thesameday.I trustedhim
fullyas mydoctor.
Onthe 1'tDecemberDrDSGrievesuneptitiouslyliquidatedhiscompanyand
sequestratedhimselfthereafter.Thiscausedmethelossoflifesavingsandthe
entireinvestment.
10.I havegoodreasonsto believefromnewspapersandotherreportsthatDrDSGrieve
hasacteddishonestlyanddefraudedmeandalltheotherinvestorswithcriminal
intent.
11.I knowandunderstandthecontentsofthisdeclaration.I havenoobjectiontotaking
