Manufacturing Process
Manages all production lines which is includes 400 DL & IDL.
Manages all the Production teams he/she is in charge of. Is at the head of a production equipment whole
and with his/her team carries out the logistics of the products that are assigned to him/her, whilst
respecting the QCD rules. He/She therefore contributes directly to the results of the site.

Delivery Process
Must organise and plan production orders in collaboration with the Planning Department. - Must coordinate,
supervise and assess the activities of the Shift Supervisors and Team Leaders/Tool Setters.
Must optimise the use of tools and production equipment, in collaboration with the relevant departments.
Must optimise the raw material consumption level.
Must follow up and control the following indicators: Output or MOD efficiency, TRS / TRG, PPM / CNQ, scrap
level, absenteeism, number of accidents at work…
Is involved in improvement steps linked with overall productivity increase of the production equipment.
Is involved in the management of Human Resources corresponding to his/her area (collection of training
requirements, appraisal, recruitment, management of holidays/leave…).
2. Must apply all the Quality, Environmental and Safety procedures and operating instructions within the framework
of operations linked to his/her job and the rules defined by the Group.
Maintenance Management Process
Must ensure that the equipment at his/her disposal is available and reliable, must supervise the preventative
maintenance plan and coordinate the necessary work and interventions with the Maintenance department.
Industrialisation Process.
Can be required to get involved in the design, reception and installation of new machinery.

14. Participate to global manufacturing excellence (GMEX) team meetings and related activities
15. Apply and implement defined LEAN processes, tools and methods in production, logistics and further operations
functions according to the agreed scope and planning
16. Drive and trigger LEAN initiatives at the plant and ensure their sustainable implementation (e.g. 5s, KAIZEN,
standardize visualization, SMED, etc.)
17. Set ambitious targets with regard to Manufacturing Excellence activities for responsible line managers and other
employees involved and follow them up accordingly
18. Escalate in case of non conformance or deviation from the plan
19. Moderate LEAN related workshops and manage the required change to ensure sustainability and the
development of a true LEAN culture at the plant
20. Provide leadership and guidance in the Lean transformation of the site
21. Direct training of general LEAN principles and processes to be implemented at that site to all employees affected
22. Perform manufacturing excellence related audits at the own plant and participate in cross site audits
