CAREER EQUIFAX (2014-2016)
Art Director
Creative partner for a $3B global information solutions provider; with focus on strategy, brand alignment,
internal communications, and external vertically-aligned B2B marketing and sales.
• Coached and directed extended team of ten resources with varying proficiencies and expertise.
• Developed multi-faceted award-winning campaigns supporting HR initiatives, such as: annual enrollment,
employee engagement and recognition, continuing education, social responsibility, and volunteer efforts.
• Contributed to extensive vertical growth, specifically in retail banking and automotive through creation
of infographics, email campaigns, collateral and tradeshow design.
• Creative team lead in the implementation and migration to an enterprise-wide digital asset management
tool that encompassed multiple business units.
NEWELL RUBBERMAID (2009-2014)
Manager, Graphic Design
Global design leader for DYMO, the technology division of Newell Rubbermaid , who has ensured a
consistent brand presence worldwide.
• Managed internal five-member team, overflow resources and external vendors to support a $640MM per
year identification solutions business.
• Unified brand teams and briefed agencies to develop definitive strategy for B2B and B2C marketing across
multiple verticals; home, office, industrial, healthcare, and integrated solutions.
• Implemented complete global rebranding over a three-year span. This encompassed five product lines,
well over 500 product SKUs, and more than ten new product launches.
• Maintained and distributed guidelines, templates and design best practices (print and digital) for use by
global counterparts; including packaging, sales collateral, product literature, catalogs, POS displays, ads
and promotional campaigns.
• Planned, art directed and styled photoshoots for product, application and lifestyle imagery. Sourced and
directed all image retouching for the internal/external asset database.
• Developed a color standard tolerance guide that was implemented by multiple international print vendors
resulting in reduced color variation across all printed substrates.

Worked exclusively as a consultant providing branding and creative services for a wide range of clients.

Consultant, Creative Direction
Assisted Georgia School Boards Association in their mission
to represent Georgia's 180 elected boards of education
while ensuring excellence in the governance of local school
systems by providing thought leadership, advocacy and
design services.
• Advised client while managing a digital team in creation of
proposed website update plan, as well as helped to direct
the implementation process.
• Oversaw active wire framing, created design direction and
delivered layered template files for coding.
BEAZER HOMES (2008-2009)

Worked alongside the Creative and Marketing Director
to support 32 divisions nationwide in order to develop
more consistent branding after all marketing efforts were
brought in-house.
• Developed and expanded brand standards guidelines for
use by agencies and third-party vendors.
• Created national promotional campaigns for various media
formats; including newspaper, print, and digital.
• Increased online efforts though promotional advertising,
digital graphics and email marketing campaigns.
PHILIPS ELECTRONICS (2001-2008)
Consultant, Art Direction
Long-term reliable resource for this award-winning studio
with focus on product, technology and brand experience. For
over 7 years, I supported all of Philips corporate divisions, as
well as many of the studio's external clients.
• Administered brand guidelines for consumer packaged goods
and point-of-purchase displays worldwide that reflected as
many as 12 languages.
• Single-handedly set the corporate standard for company
magazine and newsletter design in North America.
• Significantly enhanced brand awareness for consumer products
and medical solutions at major industry tradeshows such as;
CES, E3, HiMSS, and RSNA.
DELOITTE CONSULTING (2000-2001)
Consultant, Senior Design
I supported the firm through generating custom proposals
and presentations to drive new business, while also backing
firm-wide community initiatives.
• Established department standards for presentation and
proposal design by constructing an industry-specific Power-
Point template library.

supplying print-ready graphics and vector artwork for banners,
giveaways, invites, posters, and t-shirts.
