Directed  cross-­‐functional  team  of  product  development,  program  management,  engineering  resources  and  
marketing  personnel  in  the  Powered  Systems  division.  Aligned  technology  research  and  development,  market  
intelligence  and  data  with  consumer  feedback,  trend  analysis  and  brand  direction  to  create  product  roadmaps  
that  enabled  all  Klipsch  Group  brands  to  meet  distribution  and  growth  goals.  Led  cross-­‐discipline  teams

•   Productized  WiSA  wireless  technology  into  the  Reference  Premiere  product  family  to  create  one  of  the  
first  high-­‐performance,  high-­‐definition,  wireless,  multi-­‐channel  home  theater  systems  on  the  market.  
•   Defined  and  developed  a  multi-­‐sku  line  of  high-­‐definition,  wireless,  multi-­‐room  products  across  several  
product  categories  including  sound  bars,  satellite  speakers  and  amplifiers  integrating  content  access  
and  control.  
•   Managed  the  creation  of  the  first  Klipsch  powered  monitor  with  digital,  analog,  Bluetooth  wireless  and  
phono  pre-­‐amp  inputs.  
•   Reimagined  the  Klipsch  sound  bar  assortment  from  two  models  to  five  models  covering  an  expanded  
range  of  target  consumer  profiles,  features,  technologies  and  retail  pricing.  
•   Reimagined  and  developed  the  Klipsch  portable  Bluetooth  product  strategy  and  brought  the  Groove  
system  to  market.

•   Reduced  industrial  design  budget  by  50%  in  year  two  and  by  an  additional  50%  in  year  three  while  
expanding  the  product  assortment  in  both  years.

Led  cross-­‐functional  and  international  teams  including  engineering,  marketing  and  creative  departments  in  the  
development  of  a  groundbreaking  line  of  wireless  charging  products  for  a  start-­‐up  brand  focusing  on  solutions  
for  the  categories  of  smart  phones,  music  players  and  handheld  games.  
•   Authored  product  roadmap  to  align  with  an  evolving  technology  roadmap  to  plan  and  ensure  proper,  
feasible  and  appropriate  future  product  assortment  within  the  changing  personal  device  category.  
•   Delivered  technology  and  sales  presentations  that  resulted  in  launch  partnerships  with  major  retailers  
in  the  U.S.  and  Canada.

•   Developed  and  established  a  new  product  line  compatible  with  iPods  and  iPhones  which  created  a  new  
cross-­‐category  family  of  products  including  multimedia  and  wireless  multi-­‐room  solutions  adding  a  
significant  new  revenue  stream  for  the  company.  
•   Directed  product  development  and  marketing  efforts  for  new  headphone  division  simultaneously  
streamlining  product  assortment  and  expanding  target  consumer  base.  
•   Initiated  redesign  of  a  long-­‐standing  multi-­‐channel  speaker  system,  resulting  in  a  sales  increase  of  over  
70%  in  the  first  year  of  production  and  over  180%  over  a  two  year  period.  
•   Led  cross-­‐functional  team  that  delivered  the  next  generation  of  top-­‐selling  Klipsch  subwoofers  leading  
to  an  increase  in  sales  of  over  50%  in  the  first  year  of  production  and  over  90%  over  a  two  year  period.  
•   Delivered  two  new  lines  of  passive  loudspeakers  for  mass  and  specialty  retail  sales  expanding  target  
consumer  base  and  decreasing  sku  count.
