Directed cross-‐functional team of product development, program management, engineering resources and
marketing personnel in the Powered Systems division. Aligned technology research and development, market
intelligence and data with consumer feedback, trend analysis and brand direction to create product roadmaps
that enabled all Klipsch Group brands to meet distribution and growth goals. Led cross-‐discipline teams
including design, engineering and marketing to develop full P&L and bring products to market on schedule, on
budget and with comprehensive go-‐to-‐market and distribution plans. Developed cohesive strategies to promote
evolution and growth within the evolving home and personal audio spaces.
• Productized WiSA wireless technology into the Reference Premiere product family to create one of the
first high-‐performance, high-‐definition, wireless, multi-‐channel home theater systems on the market.
• Defined and developed a multi-‐sku line of high-‐definition, wireless, multi-‐room products across several
product categories including sound bars, satellite speakers and amplifiers integrating content access
and control.
• Managed the creation of the first Klipsch powered monitor with digital, analog, Bluetooth wireless and
phono pre-‐amp inputs.
• Reimagined the Klipsch sound bar assortment from two models to five models covering an expanded
range of target consumer profiles, features, technologies and retail pricing.
• Reimagined and developed the Klipsch portable Bluetooth product strategy and brought the Groove

Led development and redirection of start-‐up consumer electronics brand. Developed and administered proper
processes to effect trajectory correction and defined product development and assortment strategies.
Managed all facets of the development process including research, planning, strategy, product definition,

development teams including marketing, design, engineering and manufacturing to ensure proper product
