Ricoh is a leading manufacturing organisation, producing print related hardware and software
products on a global scale. As part of the Product Management team, I am responsible for
introducing new products to market and managing existing products through the lifecycle.
Daily activities include delivering new propositions, developing digital campaigns, providing
competitor analysis, preparing collateral for Sales to ensure a successful launch.
Responsibilities and achievements:
• Launched multiple print management software products allowing organisations to
increase productivity whilst improving cost efficiencies, for both cut sheet and
continuous feed customers

DRS Data Services is a global leading specialist data capture company operating in niche
markets such as Elections, Census and Education.
Responsibilities and achievements:
• Led the development of a new and improved high speed PS900 scanner from initial
concept, through to design, delivery and launch. This scanner was manufactured in-
house within cost and time constraints for the 2012 London Mayoral election
• Develop business cases, profit and loss accounts that showcase potential product or
service opportunities and risks
An ambitious manager with a deep passion for product management. Key strengths
include 10 years of product development and product lifecycle experience, delivering a
vast array of products ranging from personal cleansing products to industrial high

Procter & Gamble (P&G) is the largest consumer packaged goods company in the world
serving the fast moving consumer goods market and is a Fortune 500 company. P&G offer a
strong portfolio of trusted products within two market segments “Beauty and Grooming” and
“Household Care” which generates annual revenue in excess of $82 billion.
Responsibilities and achievements:
Research, develop and launch new P&G global line extension products. Collaborated with
regional marketing teams to create product concepts identifying the target consumer.
Conducted in-depth consumer research to understand and identify winning scents,
formulation technologies and packaging using qualitative and quantitative research
techniques. Analysed the qualitative and quantitative data in order to develop new compelling
advertising claims. Managing all research and development technical documentation.
