Assume responsibility for the successful planning, co-ordination and
realisation of assigned live event from inception to completion to
ensure cohesion, efficiency and quality in the delivery of the product.
Function as liaison between the client and company throughout the
quoting and negotiation process, ensuring that all the client's
requirements are met and securing confirmation.
Plan and co-ordinate the event; generate technical production
schedules and organise the requirement details (equipment, personnel,

Monitor the progress and standard of job preparation by operations and
administrative staff prior to load-in.
Provide on-site management support for the client, serving as the
