I am writing to recommend Traci Houston for a position at your company/business. I had
the pleasure of working with, and leading, Traci during her time with Thrive
Communities and her dedication and commitment to our residents and prospects never
ceased to amaze me. As Traci’s direct supervisor during her time with Thrive, I was able
to see how motivated, diligent, and perceptive Traci is on a daily basis.
Traci’s care and concern for our residents and prospects, and her desire to exceed their
expectations, made each person that called our community, or walked through the door,
feel as if they were the most important part of her day. Her ability to multitask, as well
as manage the books and budgets of two separate communities was a tremendous
asset to me as a manager. Traci’s daily tasks involved answering several phone lines
for two separate community phones, responding to emails, market focused studies and
sales, resident care and customer service, and sales. She was also responsible for end
of month close and financials for two separate communities.
Traci is outgoing, intelligent, and dependable, and her ability to work well and
communicate effectively with others makes her a great addition to any team. After
taking the initiative to enhance customer experiences, Traci found ways in which to
better serve her customers and communicate their needs in a way that reduced the wait
time in regards to conflict resolution. Traci’s involvement in resolving customer concerns
and complaints meant that no one walking through our doors would ever be told they
had to wait until I returned.

Reception/Billing Clerk for Warm Beach Retirement Community. I have no doubts you
