In today’s society, there is a greater need for not-for-profit organizations to help the less
fortunate than there has been in a very long time. In order to efficiently accomplish their
missions, these organizations need well-organized administrators to help them provide their
services in a timely, friendly, and proactive manner.
My years of experience in the service industry have taught me how to meet and exceed each
client’s expectations with service that sells. I have assisted all types of clients in all types of
settings. I realize that these principles can also be applied in a non-profit setting. Recently I have
volunteered my time in that manner, but I am now hoping to take the next step and apply these
principles of organizational success in an actual position, where I can help the organization to
acquire and properly care for their clientele as well as spreading the word that your organization
is in the community to help. Positioning an organization for better exposure and greater
marketability is a task that I have performed with success many times.
