I am pleased to write a letter of recommendation for Dmitri Veselinovic. I highly recommend Dmitri for
any role in the Hospitality Industry.
I have been Dmitri’s manager here at Ste. Anne’s Spa for the past year and during this time she has held
two roles. When she first started, I hired her as an Aftercare Associate working in our boutique. She was
later promoted to the role of Sales Advisor and worked on our reservations team. In both roles, Dmitri
demonstrated a high degree of professionalism and very strong service and sales skills.
As an Aftercare Associate, she was responsible for opening and closing of the boutique, answering guest
questions regarding a large variety of products, providing hands on demonstrations and services, ordering
and receiving of products and managing customer transactions. Not only was she personable and
knowledgeable, she was regularly responsible for our top sales days in the boutique.
I later asked Dmitri to move into the new role of Sales Advisor as a maternity leave contract. Dmitri
handled inbound guest inquiries, made reservations (including the coordination of accommodation, meals
and spa), answered on-line chat questions and made outbound prospecting calls. Dmitri was an incredibly
quick learner and she soon began surpassing some of her peers in sales even though she had just begun in
the role. She was well organized and diligent with follow-up for her guests. Dmitri was also always willing
to put in extra effort and time to ensure that her guests were being taken care of. She had the company’s
best interest at heart as well, often making suggestions for new processes to improve efficiency or guest
satisfaction.
I am quite certain that Dmitri would excel in any role that she would undertake and I would hire her back
