her direct supervisor and her passion and ability to learn the job and be extremely successful never

instrumental in moving the branch to a higher level.
Britta has a unique ability to adapt with potential clients and this key asset has been instrumental in her
being in the top in sales. She makes customers feel comfortable and her passion and belief in the
products she sells transfers to the client. There is this immediate trust from the client. Her flexibility
and style allows her to quickly change tactics if the client starts to change their mind and get the client
to close. Britta’s connection with the customers and perseverance to make the customer happy has
allowed her to be the top sales person on my team. Most importantly is Britta’s integrity and character;
both are characteristics of a good leader.
Britta is a tremendous team player and able to work effectively with other co-workers making her
great addition to any team. Her dedication to the branch’s success was demonstrated daily; she would
stay after hour or come in early to ensure everything would run smoothly. She has the passion and an
insatiable desire to be successful in her personal and professional life. I knew I could count on her and
her leadership to drive the branch to success even in my absence.
With her abilities, flexibility, passion and dedication, Britta would be a true asset for any company
