To whom it may concern,
I had the privilege of working with Tanya for the past several years while I was the Executive Vice
President at Vertical Alliance Group. She was hired on to our Client Services team to help service our
clients which is the most crucial area for our company.
Within a few weeks of starting, Tanya was already working with very little supervision and was bringing
new ideas to the team to improve client retention. She easily built rapport with clients and by far had
the most positive feedback from our clients. As an example of this, I remember a time when we added
several new service reps and we were restructuring who would service certain accounts. I had not 1, but
2 accounts that were a part of that restructure tell me they would stop using our service if Tanya did not
remain their rep. That is a testament to who she is and the results she produces.
Tanya always brought a ray of sunshine into the office with her and made all of her colleagues feel
important, warm, and needed. It transpired into making the office atmosphere more productive. Matter
of fact, during her tenure with VAG, client retention rose 25% and I truly believe her attitude had a
significant influence on it.
Tanya would be an extraordinary asset to any organization and you need to stop reading this letter now
and offer her the position before she gets away. In a world of it being difficult to find good employees,
you have an extraordinary one sitting in front of you…don’t let her get away!
