• Reviewing and implementing Rigging up and down procedures through regular spot checking and providing
constructive feedback.
• Responsible for reporting Rigging quality concerns raised internally or by any customer and liaising with required
personnel to mitigate further re-occurrence.
• Assigning work to Deck crew members based on current demands and creating a working environment orientated
to trust, performance and team work. Providing constructive feedback to support professional development and
task completion.
• Utilise first calls communication skills when working closely with Rig Superintendent on various Rig matters
relating to Demolition activities.

name a few.
• Co-ordinate and lead ROV operations including Loading and Unloading cargo and carrying out Heavy Lifting
operations.
• Understanding and embracing change with regard to the Rig environment and keeping fully abreast of process
updates to ensure full compliance and knowledge including HP/HT.
