TONY TAN KENG HONG - Over ten years of dynamic work experience
in the Administration, Business Development, Marketing and Human Resources.
He had with limited resources build up his family business from scratch and translates
into a profit-making entity within three years. From 2006 to 2009, Tony conducted
numerous health and general well-being presentation to thousands of Singaporeans
promoting the effectiveness MADE IN JAPAN electrostatic therapy device.
Tony holds a Bachelor of Commerce majoring in Marketing & E-Commerce from Curtin University of
Technology, Australia through part-time while working full-time. He has completed WSQ Diploma in Adult
& Continuing Education from the Singapore Workforce Development Agency in April 2014. His current
job scopes are in the areas of Business Development and Training & Development with I-Healthy Investment
(S) Pte Ltd.
He is familiar plus hand-on experience on government policies and initiatives (including e-services) relating
to Manpower, Productivity and Training & Development. Some examples are Health Product Act (Health
Sciences Authority), Private Education Act (Council of Private Education), WSQ Approved Training

 Registered UK ITEC training centre conducting hairdressing qualification courses
 Benchmarking Best Practices through getting the salon accredited with Businesses for
Families Mark (MSF initiative)
 Secured Business for Families Mark accreditation (MSF initiative) for the company within 12
months through stringent adoption of benchmarking best practices
 Notable achievement to register HAPPY LIFE wellness machine as a medical device with
Health Sciences Authority (HSA) during the transition period (Health Product Act’s mandatory
registration started around 2008). HAPPY LIFE is the first and only such device type to be
registered then and now
 Successfully launched a medical product in Singapore and oversaw its registration as a
medical device with Health Sciences Authority
