Primary role was to manage the daily I.T. operations of large outsource clients in Oil & Gas, Healthcare,
Finance and Public Service industries. The roles included infrastructure setups; I.T. consultancy, products
and services sales; and P&Ls responsibility. These included manage matrix-support teams in providing daily
and 24-by-7 operational support of data-centre, desk-top computers, enterprise servers, enterprise network,
storage and disaster recovery, application development and customisation, migration and relocation
consultancy projects.
Successfully established and optimized new matrix support structure and lower the support overheads of
the outsource businesses. Exceeded sales target by 8% first year and 12% second year. Exceeded P&L
target of 4% first year and 9% second year.
5. Head of Business Services CSA Automated Pte Ltd Singapore 1995 - 2005
Primary role was to revitalise the Horizontal Business unit to achieve overall company-wide targeted sales
revenue. The roles included establish new business focus, new organisation structure and strategies; source
overseas for new technology products and services that aligned and integrated with existing businesses;
integrate products/services offerings; establish effective external partners and suppliers management;
