I am a Senior Construction Manager with 30 years of experience in the Construction Industry in south Florida. I have
been serving the Construction Industry my entire professional life evolving from field carpentry through Construction
Management. My experience begins with highly experienced reading and interpretation of construction documents,
planning projects from schematic phases through 100% Construction Documents and managing trade scopes through
project completion and close out. My skills for project management of large commercial projects include writing trade
specific subcontracts, purchase orders, scopes of work, shop drawings, submittals, scheduling, sequencing, quality
control, change orders and close-out. My experience at project managing ensures success of scheduling from start-up
through closeout to meet project expectations. My estimating experience provides strict budget control and cost
management while my project management skills enable smooth problem solving and proper coordination through
communication between owners, developers, design professionals, general contractors, vendor and subcontractors. I
am efficient with On Center's Estimating Software-On Screen Take-off and Quick Bid, Microsoft Word, Excel and
Outlook.
