Jerry Bodenhamer provides a coordinated approach to construction dispute
resolution services. As an experienced CPM analyst, cost/damage consultant, and
former construction attorney, he has a broad depth of experience in representing
owners, contractors, architects/engineers, insurers, and sureties on a variety of
construction projects. His services include first-response claim evaluation,
collection and management of relevant project documentation, contract analysis,
assessment of legal and evidentiary strategies, management of discovery
requests and responses, assistance in depositions and trials, project scheduling
and cost analysis, production of expert witness reports and trial exhibits, and
ongoing task coordination with other disciplines to ensure that the client’s overall
dispute resolution needs are fulfilled.
Jerry has vast experience in construction project scheduling and claim consulting.
He practiced construction law for 17 years, served as Director of Dispute
Resolution and Expert Witness Services for two ENR Top 100 international
construction program management companies, and has served as lead consultant
in forensic CPM schedule analyses, impact claims, construction cost audits,
damage quantification analyses, change order reviews, capital construction
program management reviews, internal control system and best practice reviews,
and has served as an arbitrator, mediator, testifying expert, and adjunct professor
of construction law and CPM scheduling. Mr. Bodenhamer is a frequent speaker
at national construction industry conferences and an active participant in several
national committees responsible the drafting and approval of the
ConsensusDOCS suite of construction industry contracts.
