The “Can Do” attitude of Tobias is an endless source of
optimism for Microsoft’s customers and Team Pacific Place.
Whether problem solving with a customer in need or supporting
the team to prep for the holidays, Tobias will ALWAYS roll up his
sleeves and ask “How can I help?” With the store onboarding
two new PAs while being short-handed an ASM, Tobias’
constant and genuine willingness to help has continued to
engender a great culture where the team loves to work together
and succeed as a team. That success translates to both team
development and the Scorecard. He’s played a critical role in
helping the team to be in the top 10 on the scorecard since the
beginning of the year and finishing Q1 in the #3 spot. While we
love Tobias’ attitude and ability, his incredible customer service
and being a team player makes him a standout member of our
team. If his performance since coming to Microsoft in May is a
predictor of future successes, we won’t be able to keep him to
ourselves for much longer!

Anny is a driving force and key element to our team. She is a
professional in every customer interaction and is equipped with
a wealth of knowledge that enables her to handle many
situations. Every task given to her is met with prompt action and
she is always looking for feedback to see how she can
improve. Her taking on the Business Captain role has led to
several invites to events and conferences to tell the Microsoft
Retail story, as well as generating repeat sales through loyal
small business customers. Anny was also responsible for
developing a SharePoint form to track customer interactions,
which sends each submission to all managers and Associates
involved so everyone is on the same page and can review, coach
and monitor accordingly. Anny empowers every Associate she
works through training, guiding them to have an eye for extra

during every shift. She has the challenger mindset and makes an
impact on whatever she puts her focus to. We look forward to
Anny’s future as she grows with Microsoft.

Baybrook Mall (Friendswood, TX)
From the moment Desirea joined Microsoft, she had a clear
vision of how she would tackle the CDS role and bring Baybrook
and the community together. As a member of our local
Chamber of Commerce she began creating relationships with
local businesses, non-profits and our Independent School
Districts instantly. The second week after we opened, Desirea
began a 3-week YouthSpark CodeIt event where she brought
team members from the Baybrook store to teach at risk sixth
graders at Cedar Bayou Junior High School. In addition to her
tireless educational efforts, Desirea creatively put together
activities for a fun and impactful grand opening weekend
including a special appearance by the characters of Frozen who
came out and took pictures with our customers, along with face
painters and balloon artists. Desirea continues to show her drive
for results, her adaptability and collaboration between
community and business and we are excited for her future with
Microsoft!

Vic has been instrumental in making sure his store’s inventory
and BOH runs efficiently and is always ready for whatever the
customers need. As an ICE team member, Vic approaches each
task with great care. He takes his job seriously and makes sure
all tasks and duties are completed properly without error and in
a timely manner. The teammates around him appreciate his
positive attitude and willingness to jump in to help out
whenever asked. Vic has stepped up numerous times to work
hours on short notice ensuring his team is set up to win; he was
even willing to pick up another shift at a nearby area store
during Black Friday when the Specialty team was short-staffed.
He has managed excellent relationships across the market and
accommodates all requests with speed and accuracy. Vic started
out his Microsoft career as a booster in 2012 and has proven to
be an excellent addition to the team, adding value each and
every day that he works.

Neda has been a key player in MOA’s success since day one. She
has accomplished a lot while working for Microsoft particularly
this past year! Neda has been involved in every area of the sales
floor and has owned visuals. She has championed sales of key
devices thus increasing awareness of products like WP along
with increasing sales of contracts and warranty. Recently, Neda
played a key part training our new MS hires as well as our
booster staff and as a result of her efforts our new team
members were able to perform and deliver great sales results
this holiday season. Neda not only offers great service but
ensures others do too – she is a great inspiration for the team.
Last quarter she was responsible for selling more than 40
Windows Phones while also achieving 60% contract Attach on
WP. Neda also led the charge with Windows 8.1 devices having
sold 100+ Windows 8.1 in Q2. It is with pleasure we selected
Neda as the Ohio Valley CPE recipient this quarter!

Shiloh is a leader on the team in many areas and is incredibly
supportive of our compliance efforts in the BOH activities.
Acting as a mentor and go-to resource on all stockroom
processes, Shiloh can always be counted on to keep things in
order. Earlier in Q2, she was instrumental in leading the team
through the new off-plano returns process enabling us to be
100% compliant on the return. On our most recent audit, she
was responsible for ensuring our demo spreadsheet was 100%,
and because of this our audit score increased 11%. Shiloh has
also implemented a new BOH ROBO audit to ensure compliance
and responsibility in partnership with the Services Advisors, and
this has kept us 100% compliant on both send-backs and cycle
counts. She helped the team by coaching selling behaviors on
the sales floor, and because of her help we scored #13 on secret
shops earlier in the year! Our team is stronger, better-equipped
6. and more cohesive because of Shiloh and we look forward to
seeing her growth with the company!

Yara is an invaluable member of the Millenia team and
consistently personifies our Compass by going above and
beyond every day, and enthusiastically embracing her

consistently on top of our scorecard, Yara supports her peers as
part of her development in sharing out best practices, ensuring
our team is aware of and actively engaging customers around
